We're through being cool

Because we're all such crazy fans of sunshine and accountability and whatnot, I've converted our City Council presentation so y'all can see exactly what we said. If I didn't have a precocious two-year-old nipping at my knees, I could have finished this before yesterday's meeting so everyone could follow along at home. Sorry about that!
