Newspaper error = More hikes for you!

Today's Daily News story mistakenly said that we've got a nature hike planned for tomorrow morning -- Saturday, August 2 -- so we'll just go ahead and do that. If you'd like to join us, meet at 10am next to the Rainbow Lake parking lot!

Note that this last-minute nature hike is in addition to our regularly scheduled hikes. Here's the info for the rest of this month:

CPOP NATURE HIKES

• Saturday, August 9, 10am to 11:30am
  
• Sunday, August 24, 10am to 11:30am

Meet at the end of Old Forest Lane, next to the Rainbow Lake parking lot, for a free guided 1.5-mile walk through the Old Forest at Overton Park. Kids are welcome! It's nice and shady in the Old Forest and our pace is leisurely, but it's also midsummer in Memphis, so please bring a water bottle or hydrate yourself before you hike.
